The Savior Has Come

Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world who came to rescue humanity from sin. God chose unlikely people throughout Jesus' genealogy, showing that He doesn't write anyone off regardless of their past. Jesus, whose name means deliverer, paid the ultimate price through His death and resurrection to offer salvation as a free gift. As Emmanuel, meaning God with us, Jesus represents God coming near to humanity. We can respond to this incredible gift by accepting salvation, praising God, and sharing this good news with others.
